RainSmart Rebates Pilot Program
We are offering property owners additional incentives and assistance to make watershed-wise upgrades to their landscaping and utilize rainwater as a resource. With existing rebates available via the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California and the Municipal Water District of Orange County (MWDOC), our goal is to build on these savings to give residents more funds to make a greater impact. Making the switch to replace turf with OC Garden Friendly plants and collecting rainwater can decrease water use, save money, and protect OC’s waterways.
