Who We Are
H2OC is a cooperative stormwater program which includes the County of Orange, Orange County Flood Control District (OCFCD), and all 34 cities in Orange County.
What We Do
Clean beaches and healthy creeks, rivers, bays, and the ocean are important to Orange County. H2OC provides resources to residents and businesses to prevent water pollution and encourages personal action by working with members of each watershed community to prevent polluted runoff from entering our waterways.
