Artistic Ecology: Trash to Treasure

Join OC Parks staff and volunteers for our monthly program where art meets ecology! Come explore the natural world through the lens of creativity as everyday discarded materials are transformed into unique works of art. This program starts with a brief nature walk (approximately 0.75 miles) and talk about what pollutants enter our waterway, and how both plants and people help clean the ecosystem. Afterwards, participants will create their own trash art – making something beautiful out of otherwise unusable items. All program materials will be provided. Advanced registration is required.
